Bill to incorporate the Proprietors of the Forest Grove Cemetery (reported by Mr Allen from the Committee on Parishes, on petition of John Meases and others) Bill to protect family burying grounds (laid on the table by Mr Emmons) severally read once and tomorrow at ten o'clock assigned for a second reading.

Resolve in favor of Dominicus Libbey, Resolve relating to a Rail Road from some point on the seaboard, or connected with the seaboard by navigable waters to Quebec, severally read the second time and passed to be engrossed as amended. Sent down for concurrence. Concurred.

On motion of Mr. Randall, the Senate reconsider their vote of yesterday whereby they accepted the report of the Committee on Military Pensions giving leave to withdraw on petition of Joseph Carter, and on motion of Mr Smith the same was recommitted with instructions to report a Resolve in favor of the petitioners. Sent down for concurrence. Concurred.

The Committee on the Judiciary, to which were referred the petitions of the town of Surry and town of Albany, made a report recommending the reference of petitions to the Committee on Turnpikes &c. read & passed, in concurrence
