Bill to incorporate the Fryburg Tomb Corporation (reported by the Committee on Parishes, on petition of Benjamin Wyman and others) was read once and three o'clock this afternoon assigned for a second reading.

Bill to provide for the sale and distribution of the Ministerial and School lands in the plantation of Argyle (laid on the table by Mr. Fish) -"- to prevent the destruction of Pickerel in McGurdy's Pond situated in Chesterville, Vienna and New Sharon (reported in the House by the Committee on Interior Fisheries, on petition of Daniel Gordon and others) Resolve in favor of Union Academy at Kennebunk (introduced in the House.) -"- respecting the institution of a process against the proprietors of the first Cumberland Turnpike Corporation (reported by Mr. Emmons from the Committee o the Judiciary, to which was referred the Communication of the Governor respecting the doings of the Attorney General relative to said Turnpike Corporation). -"- laying a tax on the several Counties in this State (reported in the House by the Committee on Finance) severally read once and Monday next at ten o'clock assigned for a second reading.
