The Committee on the Judiciary reported legislation inexpedient on an order relative to presiding officers of Cities, towns and plantations, at the annual election in September, reading part of the additional Act regulating elections - - read and accepted, in concurrence.

The Committee on Division of Towns reported leave to withdraw on petition of Samuel Allen - read and accepted.

Mr. Merrow from the Lincoln Delegation reported leave to withdraw on petition of Warren Rice - read and accepted. Sent down for concurrence. Concurred.

Mr. Benson from the Committee on Military Pensions, to which was referred the petition of Lucy Mason, reported that her case comes within the provisions of a Resolve in favor of certain officers and Soldiers of the Revolutionary War and the Widows of deceased Officers and Soldiers approved February 16, 1836, and ask to be discharged from the further consideration of said petition - read and accepted.
