348. On motion of Mr. Fish, The Senate reconsider their vote whereby they voted that when they next adjourn they adjourn without day, of which the House were informed by message. Adjourned. Afternoon. A Message was received from the House of Representatives informing the Senate that when the House next adjourn they will adjourn without day and requesting the concurrence of the Senate. The Senate concur in the foregoing proposition of which the House were informed by message.

The Committee on Engrossed Bills reported as correctly engrossed, Bill in addition to an Act hereinafter named. (for the regulation of Innholders, Retailers and Common Victuallers.) Mr. Fish moved the indefinite postponement of the same, and the question of indefinite postponement, being ordered to be taken by yeas and nays was decided in the negative, as follows, to wit: Yeas. Messrs. Brown, Clark, Fish, F. Greene, Latham, Purinton, Read, Smith and Tobin, 9. Nays. Messrs. Allen, Bartlett, Burnham, Chandler, Emmons, Farnham, Mantor, Miller, McIntire, McLellan, Pierce, Prescott and Randall, 13. And said Bill was passed to be enacted.
