�Shipped by the Grace of God in good order and well conditioned By Thomas Fletcher and - William Cousins in and upon the good Sloop Elizabeth, whereof is master under God for the present Voyage William Cousins and now at anchor in the Port of York, and by Gods Grace Bound to St. Croix that is to day Forty Five Thousand four hundred Fifty Six feet of merchantable Pine Boards Planks and Joyce, Eighteen Thousand [?] of Pine shingle Two Thousand- Eight Hundred & an half of white oak H W [?]. Sixty Five Shook [?] Red Oak -Eight Oxen & Eight Horses Three Quarter Part of which are on the proper amount and [Risque?] of the said Thomas Fletcher & Jonathan Lord, and the other Quarter on the proper amount & [Things?] of the said William. The said three Quarter are to be delivered in the [like?] good Order and Well Condition at the aforesaid Port of St. Croix (the Danger of the Seas only excepted) unto the said Jonathan Lord or to his assigns he or they paying Freight for the same three Quarters nothing -In witness, whereof the said master of the Law Sloops hath affirmed to Two [?] Bills of Lending of this Term and Date the one of which being accomplished the other Two to be void and so god Lead [?] the good Sloop to her desired Port in Safety amen - Dated at York, the 9th day of March 1767
