of the Medical Director I write to you for my Discr iptive List. I have been in the Hospital 2 months unfit for duty- I was left at Savage Station Hospital Sick and was taken Prison er + have been unfit for duty ever since. I have sent to my Capt but have got no answer if you shall send it you will oblige me very much Yours Respt
