Dear sir I now take the opitunity to inform you of the il treatment that I am under at this place. I was sent to this Hospital sick the first of July and have been here ever since but do not get any better I have been examined by three Doctors and pronounced unfit for duty. The Doctors say that my deseas [disease] is dropsy and Kidney complaint and that I will not be fit for servise again yet there is some unkind feelings amonge the Doctors that they do not Discharge me my side and leggs pane me vey much by day and by night and if
