Dear Sir Your favor of this date is recd. It is not in accordance with my notions of propriety to sign the name of another without putting the addenda of [?] [?] attorney or Agent, or Trustee as the case may be, but as you so direct me I will do it believing the power of Attorney is ample as before advised I adopt the figures you give viz for pay 24 days -- 56--
