[Committees to consist of three, unless &c] Ordered, That all committees appointed by this House consist of three members, unless the House otherwise determine

[Member from Fryeburg qualified] Mr Virgin returned with the member from Denmark &c and reported that he had been duly qualified by the President of the Convention to take his seat in this House; He was thereupon announced by the Speaker as a duly qualified member of this House.

Ordered, [underlined] that when this House adjourns, it adjourn till tomorrow morning ten o clock.

Ordered, [underlined] That Gen Irish of Gorham, Gen Russell of North Yarmouth and Mr Burr of Litchfield be a committee to examine the legality of the returns of the sitting members + [plus sign] report thereon.
