After Division Orders, February 1. 1796. [all underlined] The Commissioned Officers of the several Companies composing the 1. Regiment (2. Brigade) will meet at the Dwellinghouse of Robert Randall, Innholder at the Hook in Hallowell, on Wednesday the 24 day of February instant, in order to elect fgor said Regiment a Lieutenant-Colonel-Commandant and such other Field Officers as may then be vacant.
