Dttties--study the practice and procedure, both at law and in equity, of the Supreme Judicial and Superior Courts. Members--any number from the Maine State Bar deemed feasible by the Chief Justice of the Supreme Judicial Court, Legislative History: P.&S.L. 1941, c. 27. 4.21--Commission on Probate Rules and Blanks. Members--Chief Judge of Maine District Court, Attorney General, Secretary of State, Commissioner of Public Safety, and 6 more appointed by Commissioner of Transportation. Duties--supervise the preparation, in final legislative draft form, of a proposed merger and reorganization of the trial courts.
