Bill entitled "An Act to incorporate the Lincoln association of Mechanics & Manufacturers" came up with amendments & the Senate so far reconsider their vote passing said Bill to be engrossed as to concur in the amendments adopted by the House.

Resolve on the pay Roll of the Committee on the State valuation, passed Feby. 8, 1821 reconsidered agreeably to the provisions of the Constitution in consequence of the Governor's objections there to, & the same, as taken into a new draft, with such amendments as were deemed necessary to obviate the Governors objections, passed to be engrossed. Sent down for concurrence by Message.

Committee on the Incorporation of Parishes &c on petition of Luther Sampson & others reported leave to bring in a Bill Read & accepted. Sent down for concurrence. Came up Concurred.
