I Ebenezer Hasey of Jackson Plantation in the County of Penobscot [?], do testify & say that, on or about the first of March 1776. I inlisted into the Revolutionary War, for nine months, under Capt. Caleb Turner. & Col. Atkins Regt. (I think) We were stationed at the town of Bristol in the County of [?], at [Pemaquid?] Fort: We continued there during the [?] term of nine months: at which time I was regularly discharged: In January 1777, I inlisted again for three months in [?] Bracketts Company & Col Joseph [Sarths?] Regt. We were stationed at Tinkertown Rhode Island: We continued at this place till I was discharged, on or about the 13th of Aprik: I have done one years service in yyhe Revolutionary war: I have [?] my discharges: I am now under reduced circumstances. I need the assistance of my Country for support.- I hereby [relinquish?] all service to any previous [?] pension on account of my [?] services.- Eben Hasey
