Bill additional to an act to organize, govern & discipline the militia of this State - came from the Senate further amended for concurrence - the House reconsidered their vote referring the Bill to the next Legislature, concurred the Senate in their amendments & further amended the Bill at R. Sent up for concurrence.

Bill further to define the power of Courts of Sessions, came from the Senate passed to be engrossed - the House refused a passage & referred the subject to the next Legislature. Sent up for concurrence.
