Ans. Very well. Ques. The young man left college finally. Ans. He left in April 1878; he entered in August 1877. Ques. Was he suspended indefinitely at the time he left. Ans. He was. Ques. Indefinitely suspended by a vote of the faculty; was you the secretary. Ans. I was at that time. Ques. Is this paper a copy of the vote. Ans. That is a copy of the vote of ^the faculty, attested by me as secretary. Baker: I will read it. "April 2, 1878, voted that Baker and Wm H.
