[Bill - Lotteries] Bill "for the prevention of Lotteries not authorized by Law and to prohibit the Sale or purchase of Tickets in this State" which several days since came from the Senate amended was called up and the amendments nonconcurred. Sent up.

[Rep - safe keeping of Probate Records, Oxford Co.] Committee "to enquire [inquire] into the expediency of providing by law for the sale & convenient keeping of the Records of the Register of Probates in Oxford County. Report a Resolve - In Senate March 12th 1821. Read and accepted. Sent down for concurrence Read & concurred.

[Resolve - requiring the Records of Reg. Probate Oxford County to be kept in Shiretown.] Resolve requiring the Records of the Register of Probate for the County of Oxford to be kept in the Shire Town. In Senate March 12th 1821 Read and passed. Sent down for concurrence Read and passed in concurrence with the Senate.

[Bill - fisheries] Bill "to regulate the Herring and other fisheries" In Senate March 12 1821 Passed to be engrossed. Sent down for concurrence. Read a first and second time and committed to Messrs Parsons, Waterman & Grover and this afternoon, 3 oclock, assigned for a 3d Reading.
