The report on the subject of the election of Rufus K.J. Porter was called up, and on motion of Mr Williams amended at A by which amendment said Porter was declared not to have been duly elected, but that Thomas Allen Esq was duly elected as a Representative from the class composed of the towns of Kingfield &c & and said Allen was requested to take his seat as a member of this House.
