Remonstrance of William Sullivan agst the annexation of a part of Swanville } to Waldo were severally read and referred to the committee on the incorporation of towns. Sent up for concurrence.
[Petition]
Petition of Alonzo King to be allowed for his attendance as a witness at a Court martial &c & - was read & referred to the committee on accounts. Sent up for concurrence.
[Committee to revise law respecting Inholders &c.]
Ordered that Messrs Thomas, Clark & Sands be a committee to consider the expediency of altering or amending the act for the regulation of Inholders, Retailers and common victualler passed march 20 1821 - read & passed.
[Report - gain given Resolutions -]
Report of Committee on so much of the Governors message as relates to the Georgia resolutions, "that it is inexpedient to take an order upon the subject" came down accepted for concurrence - and the House concurred.
