- of William Abbot & als - and that the committee on the incorporation of towns be discharged from any further consideration of the subject of said petitions & remonstrances - The House concurred the Senate in discharging the committee on the incorporation of towns from the consideration of the foregoing petitions & remonstrances and non concur there in their proposed reference to a joint special committee of both Houses.

Ordered, that all the petitions & remonstrance, before either branch of the Legislature, on the subject of the formation of new Counties, or the annexation of a part of one county to another be referred to Messrs Hobbs, Wood, Cobb, Isaac Adams, Glidden, Williams, Butterfield of S. Pond. Parson of E. Coburn, Moore, McIntosh & Hill, with such as the Senate may join, & that all committees who may have any of said papers referred to them be discharged from the further consideration thereof - read & passed.
