�To the Governor and Council of the State of Maine
We the subscribed Selectmen of Harmony in
the County of Somerset humbly represent that in our opinion Richard Sawtell Esquire Sheriff of said County has discharged the duties of his office faithfully and impartially while he has been in office; and from our knowledge of Mr. Sawtell we wish he might be continued in office and we believe this to be the wish of a majority of the inhabitants in the County.
