[Bill - fisheries in Waldoboro']

Bill repealing the act regulating the fisheries in Waldoboro - was read a third time and passed to be engrossed. Sent up for concurrence.

[Committee - paupers in plantations &c]

On motion of Mr Crane, Ordered that Messrs Wallingford, Crane and Milliken, be a committee to take into consideration the expediency of providing by law for the support of the poor in plantations and to make it imperative on town & plantation Treasurer to pay all monies received for Licences into the State Treasury also to lengthen the term of such licences from the first to the second day in September - with leave to report by bill or otherwise - read & passed.

On motion of Mr Crane, Ordered, that Messrs Gray, Crane & Carleton be a committee to enquire what alterations if any are necessary or expedient in the laws prescribing the manner in which towns shals establish their boundary lines, with leave to report by bill or otherwise - read and passed.
