Resolve providing for the procurement of certain documents, was read twice & passed to be engrossed in concurrence with the Senate.

Report on petition of Athenaen Society of Bowdoin College to be incorporated granting a bill came down accepted for concurrence - and the House concurred.

[Bill - to incorp. Athenaen Society Bowdoin College]

Bill to incorporate the Athenaen Society of Bowdoin College was read a 1 & 2d time & tomorrow at 10 oclock assigned for a 3d reading.

[Resolve - location of Courts in York County]

Resolve relating to the location of the Courts in the County of York, which passed this House 28th inst, came from the Senate referred to the next Legislature for concurrence and the House concurred.

[Resolve - jail in York]

Resolve relating to the erection of a jail in the County of York, was read & referred to Messrs Lewis, Parsons & Millikin

[Report - Cumberland & Oxford Canal Lottery]

Report & others papers relating to the application for a Lottery for the benefit of the Cumberland & Oxford Canal Company being sent from the Senate agreeably to request, were on motion referred to Messrs Abbot, Clap & Prentiss.
