[Committee of the whole - on subject of dividing Lincoln County -]

The report on the petition of George Rogers & others for a division of the County of Lincoln was called up - and the House resolved itself into a committee of the whole upon said report, Mr Parker of Gardiner in the chair, and after some debate, & much time spent therein the Committee of the whole rose, & on the Speakers resuming the chair, the chairman reported to the House that the committee recommend to the House to nonconcur the Senate in their reference of the subject to the next Legislature & to accept the report of the committee granting leave for a bill - The House accepted the report of the committee of the whole -
