[Resolve - sale of State Lands]

Resolve authorizing the sale of State lands & for other purposes, was on motion of Mr Vance, called up, the vote of 29th ult. passing the same to be engrossed in concurrence with the Senate, reconsidered, & the Resolve recommitted to the Committee on State Lands. Sent up for concurrence.

[Report - Hawkers, Pedlars &c]

Report on the subject of making further provision agst Hawkers, Pedlars & Petty Chapman, granting a bill, was read & accepted.

[Bill - repeal part of Act respecting Hawkers & Pedlars]

Bill to repeal a part of an Act against Hawkers, Pedlars & Petty Chapman, was read 1st & 2d time & Monday next at 11 oclock assigned for a 3d reading.

[Report - alewive fishery in Boothbay &c]

Report on the subject of repealing an act passed Feby 18th 1802, regulating the taking of Alewives in the town of Boothbay, granting a bill, was read & accepted.

Bill repealing an act to regulate the taking of fish called Alewives in the town of Boothbay in the County of Lincoln, was read 1st & 2d time & monday next at 11 oclock assigned for a 3d reading.

[Bill - duties of Manufacturing Corporations &c]

Bill additional to an act defining the general powers and duties of manufacturing Corporations, which passed this House 28th inst, came from the Senate in a new draft for concurrence & the House concurred.

[Bill - to divide North Yarmouth]

Ordered, that the Clerk request the Senate to send down the Bill "in addition to an act entitled an act to divide the town of North Yarmouth & incorporate
