Sent up for concurrence.

The committee on the Bill, to annex a part of Swanville to Waldo plantation" - reported a reference of the subject to the next Legislature - The report was accepted & Bill referred accordingly

[James M Rogers - case]

An order came from the Senate for concurrence - directing that the return made by John H Thompson of the service of the copy of the causes assigned for the removal of James M Rogers from every office he holds under this state, be transmitted to said Thompson , that he may make oath to the same.

Report of the Committee on the Report on petition of Joseph H Becket, granting a Resolve, came down accepted for concurrence and the House concurred.

On motion, Mr Pike laid on the table Resolve authorizing the purchase of blank books for the use of the Militia, was read twice & passed to be engrossed. Sent up for concurrence.

The committee appointed to investigate all military accounts not fully adjusted by the committee on accounts reported a reference of the subject to the next Legislature - report accepted.
