Agreeably to preview notice Mr McCobb moved a reconsideration of the vote of this morning refusing a passage to the Bill, imposing fines on towns neglecting to choose Representatives", which motion prevailed. The Bill was then passed to be engrossed. Sent up for concurrence.
Adjourned to meet at nine oclock tomorrow morning.
