Met according to adjournment. Journal read.

[Committee to present address to Governor for removal of James M Rogers]

An order came from the Senate appointing Messrs Bond & Usher a committee with such as the House may join to wait upon the Governor & Council & present the address of both branches of the Legislature for the removal of James M Rogers from every civil & military office he holds under this State, for concurrence - The House concurred and Messrs. Todd, Dunlap & Leach were joined.

On motion, - Ordered, that when this House adjourns, it do adjourn without day - read & passed.

[Resolve - Pay Roll of Senate]

Resolve on the pay roll of the Senate, was read twice & passed in concurrence with the Senate.

[Committee to inform Gov. that Leg. have passed on all business]

An order came from the Senate for concurrence, appointing, Messrs McDonald, Kelleran & Whitney, with such as the House may join, be a committee to wait on the Governor and inform him that the Legislature, have passed on all the public business before them, & have agreed to adjourn without day and to enquire of the Governor if he have any further communication to make at this time to the Legislature - The House concurred and Messrs Elden, Adams of P. Crowell of Whitfield, Parker of G. & McCrillis were joined.
