Mr Sweat from the Committee on Turnpikes &c on an order of February 12th " to inquire into the expediency of providing by law for the appointment of a civil Enquirer reported that such provision is not at presence expedient Read and accepted, Sent down for concurrence. conc.

[pet of S. Gibson & John Warren]

Petition of Samuel Gibson and John Warren Agents of, Denmark and Hiram for the appointment of a Committee to settle the lines, between said towns was referred in concurrence to the Committee on Incorporation of towns

Mr Weston from the Committee reported Bill to annex part of Palmyra to Pittsfield, and the same was read a second time and passed to be engrossed as amended sent down for concurrence,

[Resolve - Mariners Church]

Mr Emery from the Committee on Engrossed Bills reported the following to be truly copied viz, Resolve in favor of the Mariner's Church and the same was finally passed

And this Resolve was presented to the Governor for his approbation and signature.
