Tuesday, 26th September. Mr. Lambert, with a two horse waggon carried our baggage to Old Town and after Neptune is ready- with Mr. Holyoke in company, loaded our stores etc[?] in the canoe- we, Mr. H. and myself walked to Sunkhaze- then embarked and went up to Mr. [blank space] at the head of Long Island, where we arrived at 9 P.M. and stopped.
