The return from North Berwick in the County of York was signed by but one of the Selectmen of said town and was therefore rejected by your Committee. Lincoln and Chester in the County of Penobscot, were not made to the Office of Secretary of State thirty days prior to the first Wednesday of January as the Constitution requires, and were therefore rejected by your Committee:
