Petition of Amos Decker and others, praying that townships No 2+3, third Range Bingham Purehase, east of Kennebec River may be incorporated into a town by the name of Benton; -"- of Jesse Brown and others, praying to be annexed to the town of Raymond; -"- of Charles Leavens and others praying that a tract of land may be taken from the town of Brewer and be annexed to the town of Edington with the inhabitants thereon; Bill to incorporate the town of Bridgeport, severally read and referred to the Joint Standing Committee on the Incorporation of Towns.
