instructing the Committee on State Lands to inquire into the expediency of allowing all persons, severally a sum of money not exceeding One Hundred Dollars, whose claims have been allowed and upon which no certificates have issued by the Land Agent, and also upon all claims which may hereafter be allowed under the Resolve of March 17, 1835, in favor of "Officers and Soldiers of the Revolutionary War, and Widows of deceased Officers and Soldiers" read and passed in concurrence,
