On motion of Mr Allen of Bangor

 Ordered That the joint standing Committee on the Judiciary be instructed to inquire whether further legislation is necessary to authorize the County Commissioners for the County of Penobscot to locate County roads over lands belonging to, and in possession of the Penobscot tribe of Indians - Sent up for concurrence.
