88 of Towns, reported leave to withdraw on petition of inhabitants of the town of Bowdoin - read and accepted

The same Gentleman from the same Committee reported leave to withdraw on petition of Enoch Craig Jr. which report, on motion of Mr Prescott was amended by striking out the words. "petitioners have leave to withdraw their petition," and inserting in lieu thereof the words, same be referred to the next Legislature, and said reported was accepted as thus amended. Sent down for concurrence Concurred.

The Committee on Incorporation of Towns reported order of notice of petition of Amos Decker and others - read and accepted, in concurrence.

The Committee on the Judiciary reported leave to withdraw on petition of Theodore Taylor and others - read and accepted, in concurrence.
