Mr Severance were ordered to be printed for the use of the Legislature. Sent down for concurrence. Concurred.

The Committee of Conference on the disagreeing votes of the two Houses or the subject of referring the petition of Solomon Littlefield to a Joint Select Committee, reported that the petition be referred to a Joint Select committee in concurrence with the House read and accepted and Messrs. Merrow, Johnson and Jarvis are joined in concurrence.

A message was received from the Governor transmitting the Report of William Dollard Jr. the agent appointed for the preservation and repair of the Mars Hill Road together with the doings of the Council thereon -read and referred to the Committee on State Roads.
