of each officer and private, who actually perform duty on days of company drill and review at the rate of Five Dollars per day for such Officers, and one dollar per day for such private, and report by Bill or otherwise forthwith, read and passed in concurrence.

On motion of Mr. Benson, Ordered, that the Committee on the Judiciary be instructed to inquire into the expediency of altering, amending or repealing an Act for the relief of Poor Debtors, approved March 24, 1835. Sent down for concurrence. Concurred.
