The same committee reported as truly engrossed, Bill An Act to establish the Waterville Liberal, Institute to incorporate the Vassalboro Academy to prevent the introduction of Paupers from foreign Ports or places in addition to an act directing the method of laying out and making provision for the repair and amendment of Highways which were severally passed to be enacted.  Ordered, That the committee on the Judiciary be instructed to inquire into the expediency of so amending or changing the language of the 1st section of an additional Act respecting the qualifications of voters in town affairs approved Feb 6 1833. That the same may be more explicit.
