Messrs Davis, Shaw of Orono, Holmes of Alfred, Bunningham, Bridges, Morgan, Sprout, Hait, Stanley and Hinds, with such as the senate may join, to hear Jo Soc Basine on the subject of his complaint and report the same read and passed and Messrs Clark, Latham, Merroe, Robinson, and Strickland joined in concurrence.
