On motion of Mr. McIntire, the Resolve in favor of certain officers and soldiers of the Revolutionary War and the widows of the deceased officers and soldiers was taken up; and the same was committed with instructions to inquire into the expediency of so amending the same that persons entitled to receive 200 acres of land may in lieu thereof receive Fifty Dollars each. Sent down for concurrence. Concurred.

Mr Hewett from the Committee on Banks and Banking to which was referred an order passed the 21st inst, relative to State Treasures investing the School and Indian funds in Bank Stock made a report recommending the further consideration of the same to the Joint Select Committee that have thus subject under consideration read and accepted. Sent down for concurrence, Concurred.
