Order from the House of Representatives instructing the Committee on the Judiciary to inquire into the expediency of so altering the law providing for the payment of costs im criminal prosecutions as to authorize the County Commissioners to allow Justices of the Peace their taxable costs, where the person accused is acquitted - read and passed in concurrence,

Order from the House of Representatives, instructing the Committee onn the Judiciary, to inquire if any alteration or amendment of the law for the regulation of Inn holders, Retailers and Common Victuallers be necessary - read and passed in concurrence,
