Resolve requiring the Treasurer to pay the numbers of the Legislature, and distribute the school fund in gold and silver ( laid on the table by Mr. Purinton) was read once and Tuesday reset at 10 o'clock assigned for a second reading.

The committee on engrossed bills reported as correctly engrossed. Bill to establish the Piscataqua ferry company and the same was passed to be ENACTED
