Petition of Timothy Nyed and others; of James Freeman Jr. and others of Simeon B Perry and others praying for the preservation of Fish in the Penobscot River and its tributary streams severally read and referred to the Committee on Interior Fisheries in concurrence.

Bill to incorporate the Waldo Fire and Marine Insurance Company; Resolve for the purchase of a Library for the use of the Legislature amended severally read the second time and passed to be engrossed. Sent down for concurrence, Concurred.

Bill to incorporate the Hamsdene House proprietary was read the second time and passed to be engrossed in concurrence.

Bill to incorporate the Umbagag Company was read the second time and the same on motion of Mr. Greene was ordered to lie on the table,
