The Senate reconsider their vote passing to be engrossed Bill to incorporate the Franklin Manufacturing Company, adopt the amendments proposed by the House, and order the same reengrossed as amended, in concurrence.

Proceedings of the town of Bridgton in relation to the petition of Samuel Andrews and others, Remonstrance of N. S. Littlefield and others. -"- of Theodore Ingalls and others, and -"- of David Fowler and others, against said petition -- severally read and referred to the Committee on Incorporation of Towns, in concurrence.

Petition of the Maine Baptist Missionary Society for authority to call a legal meeting of the Corporation, -"- of D. Williams for enlarging the amount of property to be held by the Bangor Stage Company; -"- of Thomas Gray and others, praying for alteration of laws relating to School Districts; -"- of Joseph Wing and others, praying for an alteration of the law for the collection of debts, -"- of James Sanborn and other, inhabitants of Naples, praying for redress under which they labor in relation to taxation and voting -- severally read and referred to the Committee on the Judiciary, in concurrence.
