Bill additional to an Act to incorporate the Bangor and Oldtown Rail Road Company on motion of Mr. Fish was taken up and further considered. And the question of adopting the substitute offered yesterday by Mr. Jarvis being ordered to be taken by yeas and nays was decided in the affirmative as follows, to wit, Yeas. Messrs Allen, Benson, Greene, Jarvis, Jewett, Kelsey, Latham, Pierce, Robinson, Severance, Strickland and Swift _12. Nays. Messrs. Clark, Fish, Johnson, Mantor, McIntire, Merrow, Purinton, Spear, Staples, Talbot and Weeks, 11. and while the same was under discussion the Senate
