295. Sent down for concurrence.

Bill additional to an Act to incorporate the City of Portland, was read once, and the same, on motion of Mr. Randall, was ordered to lie on the table till three o'clock in the afternoon.

Mr. Bartlett, from the Delegation of Penobscot, to which was referred the petition of James Crosby and others, reported that the petitioners have leave to withdraw their petition - read and accepted. Sent down for concurrence. Concurred.
