Bill to incorporate the Lafayette Bank came up -- the House having refused the same a passage, Mr. McLellan moved to nonconcur with the House in refusing said Bill a passage and to adhere to the vote passing the same to be engrossed, and the question of nonconcurring and adhering, being ordered to be taken by years and nays, was decided in the negative, and a passage refused, in concurrence with the House as follows, to wit: Yeas.
