Mr. Bartlett, from the Committee on Incorporation of Towns, reported that said Committee had acted on all papers committed to them, and asked to be discharged from the further consideration of any business relating thereto during the present session -- read and accepted. Mr. Smith from the Committee of Conference to which was referred the Bill providing for the election of County Commissioners on the disagreement of the two Houses on the same, made a report recommending that the Senate and House both recede from their votes to insist and that the Bill be referred to the next Legislature -- read and accepted.
