335. Mr. Randall, from the Joint Select Committee to which were referred an order relative to the sale of Lottery Tickets, and memorial of David Perham and others, reported legislation on that subject inexpedient - read and accepted. Sent down for concurrence. Concurred.

Mr. Emmons, from the Committee on the Judiciary, to which was referred an order relative to making further provisions in the license law passed March 13,1834, reported, that inasmuch as the subject of inquiry embraced in said order has been referred to a Joint Select Committee that have reported a Bill touching the same, they asked to be discharged from the further consideration thereof -- read and accepted.
