Dear Sir: -

Referring to previous advice in regard to furnishing Maine Unit at Halifax with transportation for their return home:

Beg to state that any request made by Captain William C. Goodwin should be honored. Further in this connection the State has sent Doctor Poulin and Gousse, and Doctor Bradford to Halifax, and we will be glad to have you honor their request for return transportation as desired, advising us for collection.
