�151 Trenton Aug 13 1862 Dr Sir Nahum B Young of Trenton a Private in Co.G. 11th Me Reg claims to be absent by reason of Discharge. said Dis is dated Genl U.S. Hospital May 13. 1862. by reason of General Disability by command of Maj Gen Wadsworth. signed. B. E Freese asst Surgeon U.S.A. in charge of Hospital. health rather poor though able to work. James L. Graves Co H 2 Reg is dead Edwin Holbrook a Private in Co G. 11th Me Reg Claims to be absent by reason of Furlough. said Furlough is dated Albany N.Y July 21 1862. and says "he having received a furlough is permitted to go to Ellsworth in Hancock Co State of Me. from July 21 to Aug 21. and [something deleted] at [inserted] the expiration of that time to report to U.S. Gen. Hospital or be considered a deserter, signed J T Sprague Maj of U.S.A. Mill Comdr will return [will return inserted] Judson Salisbury has enclisted in 18th Reg Cast Smiths Co. has not seen his discharge papers he is now in Bangor Chas H Higgins still in the Hospital sick.
